Clinical Aide
The Clinical Aide position is considered a hybrid position, in which the candidate will spend equal amounts of time on the administrative side and the clinical side. Job duties involve introducing & explaining patient paperwork & insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, assisting clinical staff, and maintaining treatment areas. Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus. Job duties of a Patient Services Representative include answering phones, managing patient schedules, and troubleshooting company inquiries.
