Clinical Aide

The Clinical Aide position is considered a hybrid position, in which the candidate will spend equal amounts of time on the administrative side and the clinical side. Job duties involve introducing & explaining patient paperwork & insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, assisting clinical staff, and maintaining treatment areas. Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus. Candidates looking to further their career in the healthcare field will find this position beneficial, as it provides hands on experience in all aspects of a health-related office.

 


Patient Services Representative

Pennsylvania (Downingtown); South Carolina (Greenville)

Job duties of a Patient Services Representative include answering phones, managing patient schedules, and troubleshooting company inquiries. Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus. Candidates who demonstrate good customer service, written, verbal, and computer skills are desired.
