With over 25 years of industry experience, Patrick Kinzeler is responsible for managing business operations and development for Elite Therapy Solutions LLC clientele. He has 15 years entrepreneurial experience as the president of a management services organization, successfully directing healthcare administration for private practices across the country. Patrick is a published author for various healthcare periodicals, as well as a former speaker at the Private Practice Section (PPS) of the APTA.
Paul Hecker

A veteran in the field of physical therapy, Paul Hecker brings over 20 years of clinical experience to Elite Therapy Solutions. While his main areas of clinical focus are orthopaedics, manual therapy, and functional training, his interests have evolved to include clinical management and operations, as well as business strategy and development. Paul’s experiences in outpatient, orthopaedic settings, as a staff clinician as well as a private practice owner, have enhanced his ability to direct clinical staff in best business practices, maximizing the patient experience while also managing clinical operations efficiently.
Matthew Walker
PT, MPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Director of Clinical Education
A Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy, Matt Walker has over 10 years of experience practicing in outpatient, orthopaedic settings, as well as 6 years of experience as a private practice owner. In 2013, Matt joined the clinical faculty at The Manual Therapy Institute in San Marcos, Texas. As a clinical faculty member and mentor, Matt helps train physical therapists enrolled in the orthopaedic manual physical therapy fellowship program. Being 1 of less than 1300 FAAOMPT in the United States, Matt is able to offer the most comprehensive and up-to-date educational coursework and learning opportunity to clientele of Elite Therapy Solutions.
